Privacy policy

This page explains what Emberlo, provided by Emberlo LLC, does with personal data.

Two kinds of data

• Our customers. Business contact details and what is needed to bill and support you. We are responsible for this data.
• Our customers' leads. The names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and purchase status of people who signed up with our customer. We handle this on the customer's behalf and only to run the follow-up they asked for.

Who helps us run it

We use trusted providers for hosting, the database, sending email, sending text messages, running the AI that writes messages, and taking payments. They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Lead data is kept while the customer uses Emberlo, and deleted on request or after the service ends, apart from short backup periods and anything the law requires us to keep. Anyone who asks to stop is recorded so they are not contacted again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages. If you are a lead, you can also reply stop or use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact the business that messaged you.

Security

Access to the system is restricted, secrets are encrypted, and conversations are kept so that a person can always review what was sent.
