Refund policy

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.

Mistakes

If you were charged by mistake, or something we promised did not work and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will put it right, including refunding the affected charge where that is fair.
