Emberlo is provided by Emberlo LLC. By subscribing to or using Emberlo you agree to these terms.

The service

Emberlo follows up by email and text message with people who signed up on your site and have not bought. It is set up with you on a call, and it runs using the facts, voice and rules you give it.

Plans and payment

Plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. The price of your plan is agreed with you before you subscribe.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to contact the people you give us, including their consent to be texted or emailed where the law requires it.
• You are responsible for the facts, prices and policies you give Lo, and for keeping them accurate.
• You must follow the laws that apply to your messages, including those on email, text messaging and privacy.
• You may not use Emberlo for unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.

Messages written by AI

Lo is an AI assistant. It writes messages from the facts you provide and tells people it is an AI when asked. Rules in the system block links, discounts and message volumes you have not allowed, and you can read and step into any conversation. No automated system is perfect, so you remain responsible for what is sent in your name.

Changes and availability

We may improve or change the service. We aim for it to be available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and some channels shown as Soon are not yet available.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. See the refund policy for what that means for billing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.
